Rainier Brewery

Project overview

The Rainier Brewery, one of Seattle's most iconic landmarks, spans approximately 310,000 square feet and includes a mix of live/work lofts, storage lofts, retail, and commercial office space.

The scope of work involved a comprehensive range of activities to support multiple redevelopment projects within the complex. This included entitlement research, development of environmental abatement plans, and coordination of permitting for abatement work. We also developed preliminary site plans, assisted with developing the Master Use Permit (MUP), and conducted zoning research and code analysis for multiple projects within the complex. 

Additionally, the project included schematic design, design development, construction drawings, and permitting. Our team oversaw the procurement of occupancy permits for multiple tenants, and provided construction administration services.
