Project overview
Following Bank of America’s acquisition of Merrill Lynch Bank locations, each branch underwent interior tenant improvements to ensure compliance with ADA requirements. As part of this process, as-built documentation was required for each branch.
The scope of work involved creating as-built documentation and generating AutoCAD files for 48 bank branches, totaling approximately 210,000 square feet.
