Lawrence Lofts

Project Overview

Lawrence Lofts, completed in 2012, is a modern mixed-use residential building located in the vibrant Capitol Hill neighborhood of Seattle. The development includes 131 residential units, featuring a variety of layouts, including studio, 1-bedroom, 2-bedroom, and select penthouse loft apartments. At street level, the building offers more than 6,000 square feet of retail space, enhancing the neighborhood's urban atmosphere and providing a blend of residential and commercial uses.

The scope of work for this project included a comprehensive range of architectural services, from programming and master-use permitting to schematic design and design development. Throughout these phases, careful attention was given to ensuring the design aligned with the needs of the residents while integrating seamlessly with the surrounding urban fabric of Capitol Hill.
