Grandview Tower
Project overview
Completed in 1979, Grandview Tower is a 27-story mixed-use high-rise building, featuring 110 condominium units, three levels of underground parking, and approximately 4,300 square feet of commercial space.
The scope of work involved investigating water infiltration issues affecting various building systems, including condominium unit windows and below-grade waterproofing systems.
Following the investigation phase, a comprehensive scope of work was developed for limited repairs and ongoing maintenance, which was then provided to the homeowner association for implementation.
Key contributions included building investigation and forensics, as-built documentation, programming, design development, construction documentation, specification development, and the creation of a reserve study.
