Exchange Building
Project overview
Originally constructed in 1930, the Exchange Building is a 23-story mid-rise office tower located in the heart of the city. The building offers approximately 315,375 square feet of office space and commercial retail areas.
The scope of work included creating comprehensive as-built documentation for the entire structure, as well as generating AutoCAD files. These deliverables were used for calculating the building’s standardized gross square footage in accordance with BOMA (Building Owners and Managers Association) guidelines.
