Constructed in 1991, Citiscape is a 6-level, 60-unit multi-family condominium building featuring 2 levels of underground parking, located in a vibrant urban setting.
The scope of work included a thorough investigation of the building's fire wall construction as well as addressing water infiltration across all building systems, including siding, roofing, windows, planter boxes, and below-grade systems.
Following the investigation phase, a comprehensive scope of work and full design package were developed for all affected building systems. This package was used to establish Rough Order of Magnitude (ROM) pricing for the project. The next phase involved developing a full set of construction documents and specifications, conducting a competitive bidding process, securing permits, and overseeing the entire construction remediation process.
Key contributions to the project included building investigations and forensics, as-built documentation, scope of work development, design development, construction documentation, specification development, bid management, permitting, and construction administration throughout the project lifecycle.
