Chiavari
Project overview
Completed in 2001, Chiavari is a three-story, 17-unit multi-family condominium complex, with one level of underground parking.
The project scope included a comprehensive investigation of water infiltration issues affecting multiple building systems, including the siding, roofing, windows, doors, unit decks, and below-grade systems.
Following the investigation, a detailed scope of work was developed, along with a full design package addressing all building systems. This package was used to establish Rough Order of Magnitude (ROM) pricing for the remediation efforts. The next phase involved the creation of complete construction documents and specifications, managing a competitive bidding process, and overseeing the entire remediation and construction process to ensure successful project execution.
Key services provided included building investigations and forensics, as-built documentation, scope of work development, design development, construction documentation, specification development, bid management, permitting, and construction administration.
