Project overview
Originally constructed in 2000, the Cameray complex consists of 21 buildings, comprising 126 two-story condominiums.
The project scope included a comprehensive investigation of water infiltration issues affecting multiple building systems including siding, roofing, windows, doors, and unit decks.
Following the investigation, we developed a comprehensive scope of work and full design package for all building systems. This was used to determine Rough Order of Magnitude (ROM) pricing. The next phase included creating complete construction documents and specifications, conducting a competitive bidding process, and overseeing the entire remediation process.
Key services provided included building investigations and forensics, as-built documentation, scope of work development, design development, construction documentation, specification development, bid management, permitting, and construction administration.
