Originally constructed in 1996, Brookfield is a three-story, 96-unit condominium complex is comprised of 10 condominium buildings and a community building.
The project scope included a comprehensive investigation of water infiltration issues affecting multiple building systems including siding, roofing, windows, doors, unit decks, and below-grade systems.
After completing the investigation phase, a comprehensive scope of work and full design package was developed for all building systems. This package was used to establish Rough Order of Magnitude (ROM) pricing. The next phase included creating detailed construction documents and specifications, conducting a competitive bidding process, and overseeing the entire remediation process.
Key services provided included building investigations and forensics, as-built documentation, scope of work development, design development, construction documentation, specification development, bid management, permitting, and construction administration.
