BP Exploration Tower
Project overview
Originally constructed in 1985, the BP Exploration Tower is a 14-story, Class A mid-rise office building, offering approximately 324,000 sf of office space.
The scope of work included creating comprehensive as-built documentation for the entire structure, as well as generating AutoCAD files. These deliverables were used for calculating the building’s standardized gross square footage in accordance with BOMA (Building Owners and Managers Association) guidelines.
