Experience
As Principal of Studio Rinato, Brandon Hamilton brings over 25 years of expertise in real estate development, architecture, and construction.
His career began in the construction trades, where hands-on experience before, during, and after architecture school provided him with a solid foundation in the practical aspects of the building process. This early exposure equipped him with the technical skills and real-world knowledge necessary to transition seamlessly into architecture, allowing him to efficiently manage projects of all sizes and contribute to both creative and technical aspects across every phase.
Brandon’s later work in building forensics further deepened his understanding of building performance, due diligence requirements, and professional liability. This experience honed his ability to solve complex architectural challenges while mitigating risk, providing clients with strategic, short and long-term solutions.
Collaborating closely with real estate developers over the years has further refined his skills in managing projects from initial land acquisition through post-construction. This comprehensive background enables him to guide clients, building owners, homeowners associations (HOAs), property managers, and real estate developers through the entire project's lifecycle.
